WILD RAGE RISING

Women need somatic spaces to connect to the sympathetic part of the nervous system (fight and flight). To be able to feel the charge and move with it instead of suppressing it.

Most of us were conditioned from a young age to believe that anger is bad. That we shouldn’t feel it let alone express it.

But unfelt anger and rage doesn’t just disappear, it gets buried and repressed in the body. It nudges you for attention through fire in the belly, tension in the jaw, tightness in our throat, anxiety, depression or burnout.

Here is the truth. Your anger, your rage, your fire, is sacred.‍ ‍

Anger is your passion, its your inspiration. Its your ability to get up and go.

Anger is the energy that helps you reclaim your power, your voice, your boundries, your NO.

Anger is vital and important.

This is a somatic journey to reclaim your wild rage, to reawaken your wild primal nature, your wild women and to feel empowered.

About the day….

You will have the opportunity to explore your relationship with rage, embody its energy with The reclamation of wild rage movement practice, express your liberation with creativity, Shake it out with a special shake the dust practice. Embodying Primal parts of us, dance, meditation, exploring boundary practice. Somatic counselling tools. Exploration in nature, grounding, rest, sharing circle, community. Snacks and evening meal included.

Please note this is NOT a catharsis anger release workshop.

No performance. No pressure.
