Women's in person 6 week grief tending circle

Grief tending provides us with the elements to help transform whatever it is we are carrying, weather that’s fear, grief, anger, shame. When women gather in community to tend grief the river of sorrow slows down. It slows enough for us to feel it and that is when the healing begins, both collectively and personally.

Grief tending is an opportunity to connect with your heart so that you your body, mind and soul can begin to feel, express, process and integrate that which has been to painful to feel on your own.

This 6-week Grief Tending Somatic Circle is a closed group for women seeking a compassionate space to explore grief and loss, to honour their experiences, and reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body. Together, we will gently weave somatic practices, movement, reflection, ritual and shared presence to support healing, and a deeper relationship with grief in a confidential, and supportive community.

This circle is for women who are carrying grief of any kind. Whether through the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in health or identity, life transitions, or unspoken losses that have never been fully acknowledged. It is for those who feel called to move beyond simply coping and instead meet their grief with curiosity, and the support of a small group of women. No previous experience with somatic practices is needed. Only a willingness to come as you are.

To support the depth of this work, there is only 8 spaces available.

Starting on the 5th of October. We meet every Monday 6:30-8pm. Last circle will be on the 9th of November.

Early bird price £160 until September 30th. £195 after. Payment options available.
